បារខែមខ្នាតតូចនៅខេត្តកំពតឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ដែលមានប្រធានបទ “លើកកម្ពស់យុវជនតាមរយៈបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន“ គឺជាកម្មវិធីចែករំលែក ចំណេះដឹង ជុំវិញបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន លើកដំបូងបង្អស់ នៅខេត្តកំពត ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២០ខែកញ្ញា រយៈពេល១ថ្ងៃ។ កម្មវិធីនេះនាំមកនូវការជួបជុំ ពីសំណាក់និស្សិត សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ អ្នកជំនាញបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា (IT) វ័យក្មេង អ្នកដែលមានគំនិតថ្មីក្នុងសង្គម អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធីទូរស័ព្ទ និងវ៉ិបសាយ អ្នកបង្កើតប្លុក ម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្ម អ្នកជំនាញ ផ្នែកទីផ្សារ និងការទំនាក់ទំនង និស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ នានា ដើម្បីធ្វើការចែករំលែក និងសិក្សានូវរបកគំហើញ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន និងគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិតថ្មីៗនៅក្នុងសង្គម ។ កម្មវិធីនេះនឹងផ្ដល់នូវផលចំណេញ ជាច្រើនសម្រាប់ប្អូនៗនិស្សិត និងសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ។ នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ អ្នកចូលរួម នឹងធ្វើការសម្រេចចិត្តជ្រើសរើសប្រធានបទ ដែលពួកគេចាប់អារម្មណ៍ដោយខ្លួនឯង។ ប្រធានបទត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយការដាក់ស្នើជាមូលដ្ឋាន ពីវាគ្មិននិងអ្នកធ្វើការក្នុងអង្គការវិទ្យាស្ថានបើកទូលាយនិងអង្គការយុវជនខ្មែរនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គម។ ពួកគេមានមោទនភាពរីករាយក្នុងការបង្ហាញព័ត៌មាន ទាំងឡាយទាក់ទងនឹងការងារសង្គម និងអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ បង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងពង្រីក ការងារផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ព័ត៌មានវិទ្យានៅកម្ពុជា ។

What is BarCamp Cambodia?

BarCamp Cambodia is a set of events that bring together IT professionals, innovators, businesses, NGOs and students under their own agenda to network, create synergies and catch up the state-of-the-art of technology.

Objective:

Create a platform where professionals, investors, innovators, students, and tech industry experts can connect, learn, catch up with the state of the art of technology. Promote technology industry in Cambodia, especially technology tools that benefit the most to Cambodia SMEs and Civil Society Organizations.
Expected Outcomes:

Students will be able to increase their preparation and will better understand the different careers in ICT that they might choose and the companies for which they might decide to work in the future.
CSOs will share and learn about new technologies that can be applied in their work to improve their impact.
Companies will find how to use technology to better market and distribute their products and how be more efficient and create new online services. They will also be able to promote themselves to students and young professionals that might be interested on joining them.
Entrepreneurs and Innovators will create synergies for new ideas and partnerships that might lead to socially advanced and profitable innovative products.
Professionals will build their capacity by understanding the state-of-the-art of technology and considering how it can be applied in their organizations.
All participants will be able to network with experts on each field and start or join user groups and clubs that will help them improve their professional capacity, increasingly valuing a culture of sharing and participation that will allow them to grow better together with their peers.
